Email Signature

Adding a signature to your email can be done in 3 quick steps:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Gmail window, click the Gear icon and then click Settings.

  2. On the General page, scroll down to the Signature section and enter your signature in the box.

  3. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
